There are some girls in the industry that I would like to get with but do not escort.  Could I start a film company, hire them legitimately to act in my movie and hold a camera in my hand during the session?  Does anyone know the rules of the road for this sort of thing or where I can look.  Thanks.

There absolutely is a "loophole" (pun intended) ... and I'll be one of your Producers as well as one of your stars ;) ... basically all you need is a Registered Tax ID number that you're indeed a company as well as a legel release form, and you're legally ready to hire hot porn girls to devour you on video !

Yes.  I'm no expert and this had been discussed here before; and there are others here that can give you better and more informed answers.  Sure, you can start up your own business just like you can set up pretty much any business of your own.  It's the American Way!  But it will be somewhat transparent, if not completely transparent to most in the business as to exactly what your set up is.  Thing is, you have no resume' or actual films so you will not be perceived as a legitimate film company per say.  Most of the "bigger' stars, which are probably the ones you are interested in , do have agents that know about these things and it is their job to check out these things.  So, in a nutshell, you might get a lot of "Never heard of you, we're not interested, but thanks anyway".

Although, I reckon things have changed a lot year by year in recent times with the internet.  That is maybe what you need to set up more than anything is a legitimate adult site.  There are tons of stars that have done videos for relatively small-time sites.  But, the sites are usually established ones.  That said, you have to start somewhere.  Anyway, you don't have much to lose and you might have some luck.

Actually things are pretty damn slow right now, so don't be surprised about what you might be able to get. Without saying the name of the agency, the biggest one of them all books regularly to private film-makers quite often. You can't expect to get a Gina Lynn this way but there's plenty of girls that Im sure are game as bookings have screeched to a halt for DVD production for the most part lately.

The business license (tough to get, unless you LIE, LIE, LIE), worker's comp, business insurance, and a first rate attorney.

It is all possible, but paying a PS to spend an hour with you is far cheaper.

If you're setting up a business then your goal is to make money, so Jacky's right: get your tax ID, declare what type of business you want to be (sole proprietorship or whatever), get your equipment (rent, buy, borrow or barter) and hire the talent. You first see the porn ladies who escort and once they trust you they will in return introduce you other porn ladies who do not escort..

Once you start your company you of course get the escort porn ladies to perform in your videos and than word gets out that you are reliable..As well as you can say "Hey why don't you ask so and so if she would like to be in my video and tell her that I pay cash same day"..

Also once you establish yourself with the porn star ladies who escort than you have to start going to a lot of porn star events..Like LA Erotica, AVN and have the ladies that you know introduce you around..This is how I got to do privates with so many UTR's because I was introduced around and the girls were saying 'Hey this is my friend Danny Ocean you need to hook up with him'..

Thanks for all of these responses.  My goal is really to see a few girls who I am pretty confident will not do private sessions for hobbyists.  I have tried.  These girls know me and have heard of me from other girls and still say no.  I suppose they would say no to this loophole method also???
