I believe the practice is to get talent from the big porn talent agencies in the valley. or I would think that they have their own private pipeline of talent. Small circles of people who know people.

Try looking up a site canhescore.com......then look at the bottom of the page.  I believe you can find a link to an agency that hires or at least looks for new talent.

Most companies have links at the bottom of their main pages for "model jobs"/ "models wanted"  Both Bang Bros and Reality Kings do. Didn't check the other.  Good luck!
