Don’t assume all adult entertainers default to being liberal. If that is your assumption, you will be surprised how many are conservative or conservative leaning.
But how are they conservatives.. ? Do they believe in low taxes (if they pay taxes). Are they anti abortion? So they want to have the government tell women what to do with their bodies…? Do they believe in traditional family values? So their not interested in equal rights for lgbtq individuals? What exactly are the conservative principles these porn stars/escorts believe in? Political leanings (right, left, and center) often have much do to do with upbringing. Even if you reject the sexual mores of conservatism other conservative impulses/world view may still remain.
I'm guessing it's because many independently run providers do this as their own business, so have small business concerns, lower taxes, costs of doing it i.e. maintaining a nice pad, etc. , or even have their own business on the side like hairdresser. Also as "vip" quality providers, with providing usually being a much higher "salary" income than minwage and the lower class masses, they may see themselves as part of the "wealthier financially conservative" base, at least of that segment in the metro areas.
As an example I have an ATF in the BH, Santa Monica area with a nice expensive incall who was pro-GOP. Then in comparison I also had seen a visiting lady probably struggling financially with some old tattoos who often used lower cost hotels and she said she couldn't believe trump had won.
No one was really pro trump initially. They just all were anti-establishment. A vote for trump was basically throwing both middle fingers in the air toward the ruling class of this country.
