while most of what you say is true and correct (as nearly always!) esp. about the clueless big-spenders who never even heard of TER driving the PSE escort business, i would still suggest to you that whether you gals want to admit to this or not, THIS TIME IT'S DIFFERENT (really it is :-)

why? cuz the likes of this recession haven't been seen since TER and "modern PSE-hobbying" came into existence. and cuz this many jobs have not been lost for over 4-5 decades (longer than even Eddie has been hobbying! ;-)

while top girls may always command top rates (esp. with the clueless gents) i think the majority of you gals on TER need to be more pragmatic when it comes to most of the guys here (this btw shouldn't stop you from charging the clueless ones an arm and a leg!)


full disclosure: the highest i've ever paid (and ever will) is $1K/hour

I've been a loyal member of this board for many  years.  I have NEVER seen so many aliases being used.

Why?

If you have a question why not ask it?
If you have something to say, why not say it?

Why use an alias, if you are not ashamed of what you are saying or asking, why not use your real handle?

I am shocked at the overall attitude being projected lately at this board.  Crying over ladies prices,,,,,, laughing at ladies who don't have enough money at the end of the month to pay their rent.

Who the hell do you  guys think you are?  A lady can charge whatever she wants to charge, it' her body, if you don't like her fee,,, move on or better yet stick to the 2-300 dollar ladies you have already seen..... according to your reviews.

It always amazes me the guys crying over prices are guys who only spend 2-300 and some not even that much.

Don't you realize that the first thing most people do when they read a post like that,,,,,,,, they search to see who you have seen already, only to find out that the girl you are complaing about is out of your price range, again according to your reviews...


Just my simply opinion.

Whining, I don't see it as whining, perhaps I'm wrong.  It is tiresome to see an almost weekly "crying towel" thread about rates.

Eros stays in business, BM stays in business, the top PS are as busy as they want to be, (that is if they are realistic in their prices).

Hell, more than half of the guys on this board are of the mindset that if it's too much for the budget, that's life, and they agree with me, quit complaining.

I can't afford a to buy a $200,000.00 car, and I don't complain about the people who can.

Never used an alias, never will. If I am mistaken in one of my posts and learn of it, I man up and apologize.
Also crying over ladies rates is the biggest waste of these boards. Suggesting that because the bad economy no one should charge over any certain dollar amount is dumb. Obviously if she's charging it she must be getting the amount of business she wants. Not ever girl wants high volume, some are happy with a couple a month. It's their choice so why bother commenting so often about who charges what. We all know how to find girls in our price range. Actually I don't have a price range and can't afford some girls but if I really want to see a certain girl I'll save up if need be.

I had a photo attached to my original post, but after finding a typo and making the change, my post dissapeared and now appeared without my photo, oh well.

The reality of the situtation is the people on TER are not all that important in the big scheme of things.  I always find myself laughing out loud when I see someone post a statement saying "just don't pay the high rates and they will have to reduce their rates".... how funny is that.

Why do you think Body Miracle with all of their problems and believe you me they have problems.... why are they still in business, why, because there are plenty of men who are willing to pay those high rates, why, because they can, so they can see the very best!

Why do you think Eros is still in business, why because there are guys who use their services and are willing to pay those high prices, why,,, because they can.

For anyone on this board to actually believe they have the power,,,,,, is simply laughable.

I don't care what condition the economy is,,,,sex, booze and cigarettes will always sell and there will always be men willing to pay high rates to be with an A List Porn Star,,, that simple.

There is a price people are willing to pay and if it exceeds their budget I do not care how much they love it people will move on to something else..I NEVER thought I would see $5 dollar blackjack in the evening at MGM Grand, Or seeing bars half empty, Restaurants that were crowded before in and around 2004 or empty today, A-list porn ladies dropping their rates 50%,Bodymiracle offering half hour rates, etc..

In regards to the Board having power over rates..Actually I think the porn ladies like Kate Frost who come in and offer $500/hr makes it tougher on the ladies charging $800+/hr..It is tough on a porn lady who is trying to get 1k per hour when you see a athletic good looking young porn lady at $500/hr or less..I think this is why so many ladies have come down because of the advertised specials on this board from attractive porn ladies..

As for complaining about prices, it is what it is.  I love the 300 Club posts, and hope to see my first 300 Club girl soon, so I am NOT criticizing those posts in any way, shape or form.  To me, that is the sharing of VERY helpful information, and that is exactly what I come here for...well, that and the witty banter....  

To me, complaining about how much a particular girl charges is like complaining that a particular PS chooses not to provide.  It's all about personal choice in my book - her choice to provide and/or set her rates; your choice to decide if you want to pay it.

I've used my alias once in my life, and it wasn't cause I was ashamed of what I said or trying to hide.  It was a response (like the many others that appeared) to some idiot's stupid post and I wanted to sound like a smart ass w/ a silly name calling him out on it.  There have been times since then I've been tempted to use it but haven't.  Why..  cause I just haven't. No reason.

But I agree, if I have something to actually say then I'll say it w/ my real name (well, handle I guess..  lol)

This board is not the personal domain of ladies who charge $1200 to $3000.

I have a news flash.  It's not all about you...

There is a lot of interest in ladies who charge under $1000 an hour.  Please: Just don't read these threads if they give you so much distress.

I HAVE NEVER, EVER, used an alias, even though I have been a member for many years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who said this is all about me, certainly not me.

I simply posted my opinion of the crap that I see posted here on a daily basis regarding rates.

If you want to go toe to toe with me, at least have your facts straight!!!

I know that there is a segment of our memebers who  can only spend 2-300  dollars an hour, I have no problem with that and I respect those guys.

I do have a problem with guys complaining about rates of Porn Stars, and the total disrespect shown to those ladies who do charge more...

Don't put words in my mouth, and once again if you can't afford a ladies rate, then move on.

Let me say it for the last time, TER has no real power in how much a lady can charge.

Kathy, as usual a very well written post. I have written before about the continued discussion of rates. Its useless to discuss it with a bunch of "bottom feeders" who are looking for the $300 F*ck from a top PS.

Guys, I have looked at a number of items in my life that I would LOVE to have, but because they are out of my price legue, I haven't obtained them. Did I go into the real estte office and tell them that the million dollar home I love, should be priced at $250k so I can afford it?  No. Geez, get a clue. The board spends 90% of its time entertaining us all and 10% of the time pissing everyone off about a subject that has been beaten to death.

NEWS FLASH: If you can't afford to play - go elsewhere - don't make a lady feel like crap, because you cant afford her. As Kathy said - its her body, she can charge whatever she feels like charging. Don't like, don't pay it. Go find a streetwalker or a lady that fits your price range.

GET OVER IT !!!!!!!!!!!

I agree a lady can charge what she wants and its up to clients to choose to see her or not. I think boardmembers need to understand that for every girl there is a point where it is just not worth it.

That does not give you the right to put down girls that charge less and the guys who see them. Just because you took advantage of your notoriety last decade and made some films does not make you any better than the girls on the 300 club you love to attack.

Take a hard look in the mirror and then go back to that list. Adrianna Deville and Kate Frost at 500, Cayden Moore at 400, Harley Rain at 800, Dru Fucking Berrymore running specials at 900.

You can bitch all you want but discretionary luxury spending is down. Yes people drink, but $500 bottle service is down. Wlak into any club and see for yourself. Any smart business person would love to have access to a board where their potential customers openly discuss rates.

Be honest Kathy, what really bothers you is the free flow of information which lets guys know how many attractive women are out there at more affordable rates.

I do not wish you ill will and hope your new business venture works out. But I really object to the attempt to stamp out the free exchange of info on this board.

My tours are completely booked , secured with deposits, two weeks before I go out on tour.  All without a dedicated website.

I've recently purchased a business one block off of the strip here in Vegas, which is requiring me not to be able to tour so often, therefore for VEGASA ONLY, I've reduced my rate to 800.00.

The simple reason is that behind aliases posters can have the balls to say what they want to say and not have to own up to it. In other words they are cowards and have to hide behind aliases so they can say what they want.
