2. Mostly asking for things to happen: like trying to book known divas and drama queens  
3. Being a diva yourself. You're fulfilling fantasies with hotass girls who have lots of issues, more so than average girls. And it seems like the agencies tried to appease you.  

What are u trying to achieve? I suggest sop seeing ps's and see ugly punctual girls who are bad in bed...otherwise can't fix the ps's, you, or bad luck.

IMHO, it's a combination of the factors you cite:
1. Not all bros are reviewing the ps's they see. It's usually motivated by the ps's in my personal experience, b/c they are protecting their other lives. In some cases, I've heard bros just cant be bothered to write reviews. (Guys who can afford this luxury don't need to skirt the VIP membership fee on TER.) It takes more than a few minutes to logon and get through the pulldown menus and then write something useful. I hope to find a few bros that I can exchange useful info on in PMs.

2. And, yes, this group is more unreliable on average. They're divas, crave attention by nature, and have chaotic lives. Even more so than non-ps providers. The latter likely never had "fans" and agents and rolled through the drug-laden crowds in the San Fernando Valley. Btw, GLS is a particularly efficient agency (in my experience, are really responsive and punctual) so that's going to be an unfair comparison.  
 
Bottomline, I think you're par from the course with my experiences but other bros may have had better luck with these factors than I did.

I had one porn star have her boyfriend calls her in the middle of my session saying he was coming right up.  

I had a well known high end porn star was late by several hours, handed me the hotel bill and then gave me one of the worst sessions of my life.   I will give her credit, a year later, she offered to make it up to me but I have not been able to set up a session with her again.  

When you are booking a porn star, you are booking a fantasy with that woman.  You have seen her movies, you fantasized doing them while watching their movies. You want to reenact the intense climax you get from when you jerked off to their movies.  Unfortunately,  reality happens and it doesn't happen like you had envisioned.   Sure, a non porn star provider might be more reliable and professional but she might not be as open minded in bed and you wont have bragging right in saying "I did So and So in her ass".  Porn Star or Non Porn Star, there are some really sincere, professional and just plain fun ladies out there.  The only way to find them, it by playing this game and yes, something you will get a bad session.  

As to your question why bother?  I have been saying that for the last few weeks after numerous missed opportunities,  no responses, scheduling issues, screening issues and so on.  Its easy to walk away but its harder to live when you are horny and know a hot chick is just a phone call away.  
Just take a step back, regroup and it will happen, so I keep telling myself! lol

For me it isn't, considering the cost and time involved.  

I have seen 2 PS so far and I'm afraid to see more because of the potential frustration you just described. There are maybe a handful of PS I'm willing to risk the headache for but that is about it.

Unless your a hobbyist who absolutely love PS and understand that comes with the territory then more power to you.  

But basically it comes down to doing your homework who has a good reputation for being on time and who are flakes to minimize the risk involved. I know I am making a sweeping generalization but I imagine many of them to be very flaky

Had one bad experience trying to set up time with Ayana Angel about ten years ago (she was mean as a snake). The others have all went well. Kathy Willetts, Ciera Sage, Sierra Lewis and Danielle Dayne (Danielle Dai in Vegas).  

Porn work and escorting are not the same thing. In porno the lady knows who's she's going to be shooting with, there's a director and some sense of how the action is going to unfold. In escorting, even with screening, the lady doesn't know what's waiting on the other side of the door. And they may be hot as hell on screen and a total bust as an escort.  

Ava Devine started as an escort before she did porn and Janet Mason is the hottest MILF on the planet with great reviews. So it still comes down to doing your DD, reading reviews and getting back channel. But bottom line, some (many ?) ladies in porn have issues (I've been told this by ladies who were in the biz).

I've been very lucky.  Since august, I've gone 2/2 on great experiences and luckily dodged an uncomfortable experience with a porn star.

When I decided I'd try a pornstar, I put together a list of women I'd like to see.  I also tried to do some homework and see if I could figure out the person's personality though bts scenes, etc.  Then I contacted the various agencies for help scheduling.  Some of the girls on my list weren't openly advertising so I needed to see if they were UTR.  I had references and I had my travel schedule and hopefully this would all sync up.  

And it did.  I had a great experience with Helpubookher.  I saw one of their advertised girls who was one of my top 5 experiences across the hobby.  And through talking with the agency and pornstar, I was able to further refine my list to ladies whose personalities I'd enjoy.  There are women who are divas, and there are hot girls who will kick your ass at call of duty.  

When my schedule and list aligned again and I saw my second pornstar through Helpubookher and it was another top 5 experience.  

I got lucky on my first experience but once I had what I felt was a reliable toehold in the industry, it helped lead me to other women and activities that I thoroughly enjoyed.  

Btw, I do have to recognize both Adonia and Kelly who tried to accommodate me and my schedule.  I have no complaints about either and hope to work with them in the future
