Have a legit question about seeing pornstars.  
What makes it better to see a pornstar at 2-3 k an hour versus provider that lets say changes 600/hr?
Assuming that service is pretty much the same.  
Except being able to say I slept with so and so pornstar.  
How do you justify spending that kind of money if the results are the same?
Not trying to start anything just my own curiosity.

I like the fact that I can google their name and watch a girl that I’ve had the pleasure of being with…also, some of them have no problem letting me capture some footage on my phone, hell, I’ve even ended up on a couple of the girls OF pages!
Also, the girl doesn’t need to be an A list pornstar, most I’ve ever paid was a grand for 90 min.

The fantasy is there.  And you have plenty of videos about what her body is like.  So no surprises usually if she's fat.  Plus, you know if she does anal, facials, swallows, etc.  So you don't have to worry about offending her when talking about it.

Otherwise, it's not.

First, it's important to realize that a porn star's job is NOT to be amazing at sex. It's to LOOK amazing having sex on camera.  

 
That is a very different skill set. However, it's fair to assume that a porn star has had LOTS of experience having sex and as a result has developed significant skills on and off cam. In fact, many porn stars are amazing in bed.  And a few that I have dated were, sadly, not much better than a starfish.  

 
Now the same can be said for any provider. The best have developed skills through practice and incorporating partner feedback.  

 
That means the value of booking a porn star is determined only by you and your personal desires beyond those offered by other providers.  

 
- You may think it's worth more to you to fuck a given porn star based on her looks, reviews, or (on screen) personality.  
- You may think booking a porn star means she has fewer "rules" about specific sex act. You still need to discuss first, of course.  
- You may think that a porn star will be "better" at some kind of role play scenarios; daddy-daughter, teacher-student, cop-criminal, hot wife-cuck, etc.  
- You may just want to be able to check a bucket list item.  

 
In other words, the answer to your question "How do you justify spending that kind of money?" can only come from you for you.

It’s not about being with with a porn star it’s about being with a particular porn star. One that I have discovered online and become a big fan of and lusted after and the idea that I can make it happen.

I will also say that when you’re with a celebrity or famous person, it’s easier to remember it for a longer period of time. My high-end porn star experiences are permanently etched in my brain, but they’ve been plenty of great $600 experiences that I can’t even remember.

It's all about the fantasy. Personally I think it's hottest when you arrange for them to be in casual wear, not super dolled up or wearing intense lingerie. Them looking "normal," or rather how they would on their own on a typical day, makes it more fun...to me, at any rate. The few I've seen are empathetic, mindful of your time, and super chill. How long does it take to go from "porn shoot" to public release of the video? No doubt it varies from production company to production company, but what is (a) an average delay? (b) the fastest editing / release (from the better companies with experienced full time editors? (c) even if you're no expert, just your gut feeling or an estimate based on local knowledge ("The restaurant in the background was torn down in 2015 and replaced with a fast food joint; the shoot must have been pre -2015.") You get the idea.

It is hard to know the release date, let alone the "shoot" date, on the porn sites. I have accidentally clicked on vids that are still "hot" except that the starlets retired in 2011 or 1998 or earlier.  Video clips rarely include the title and credit and copyright dates.

I think that appearances can change faster than they can edit / release the video, naturally (weight change, hair style change, dental braces removed) or unnaturally (implants).

I have no experience with OF or personal websites. The "freshness dates" are probably more reliable on personal site, but feel free to comment. E.g., use of a current date (March 2026) for posting an old but undated pic.

I love to identify reasonably priced porn actresses that are available in my area. It’s fun to go online and watch a handful of videos of a girl I’m about to see!
