I notice that some of the same girls are available on both Pam Peaks as well as Body Miracle. I am wondering how they avoid conflicts, or is one only for when they are touring vs. "home based", etc. I do not want to "cross-reserve".
Most girls are NOT exclusive to a single escort agency (unlike exclusive contracts with their talent agent).

Many girls give the escort agency booker a bottom line ("I want $1000") and let the agency keep whatever they rake in above that, giving the agency every reason to negotiate so long as they can make a little something off the top, or convert you to a repeat customer, or work with you if you are a repeat player.
So then is it up to the girl to clear up potential conflicts? For example, if I request "Girl A" for Fri @ 10 pm through PP, and some other customer does the same through BM, who determines? Does it then become a bidding war? Is that why "2nd options" are asked for?

well pam requires a deposit via credit card so i think if you gave it to her then you would be set and have first priority. i know deposits suck, but having pam hold it comes in handy when a girl flakes. she either returns it or just holds it for another girl. that happended to me. also, saves walking around with a wad of cash.
. . . my experience is that an agency might have a girl exclusively on the road for them, in which case there is no issue.
Otherwise, the agencies all recognize what we eager guys sometimes forget: All these girls have personal lives, so the booking agency always text and confirm a girl's availablity before solidly committing. So the girl would simply reply she is not available at noon, but can see someone by 3 pm, etc.
