truth is, a certain someone was in fact booted off here for "unethical conduct" -- although i'm sure he likes to think of it as "leaving on his own accord"

but in THIS case i'm not sure what TER would (or could) do ... heck, sometimes we have trouble getting them to change a light bulb, so i'm not sure about this here (business) situation (cuz of the past, present or potential future)


but ultimately, what really matters (and all it takes) is the word of an industry LEGEND like yourself to discredit those who deserve it ... in due course they'll be exposed fully as unethical frauds  ... and YOU my dear Ambie, HAVE SPOKEN!  

plus like your wise friend said, the phonies (as well as the brutes and the thiefs) always eliminate themselves.  just look what happened to Rob!  he sure got his cumuppance, no!? LOL  -- and this too will sort itself out in some karmic way!
