Maybe my survey is outdated, but even a few years ago I would read reviews of high-priced, popular (definition: if I recognized the name, they must be popular) porn stars and see a lot of:  
CIM - no
Anal - no

and even "lesser" no's: DFK - no, FIV - no, ...

I guess you have to read reliable reviews or take your chances on getting the PSE from the PS.

I know that they have to protect their main job (making videos; celebrity promotions) and keep their STD test results squeaky clean, so avoiding risky activities with non-industry guys sort of makes sense ... if you have that kind of money to burn for a handshake and a boob squeeze

#12 seems to be the only one that suggests that a PS might not deliver a real PSE.

Well I respectfully disagree w/your premise about "non-industry guys" & risky activities...I never engage in anal (greek) and don't touch drugs (or booze)....I have a folder FULL of AIM, CTS, & CET tests, going there is as central to any LA trip as going to the car rental place and checking into a hotel..

No insult intended! I didn't mean to imply that non-industry guys engage in risky activities but, rather, that they can't always prove their health claims to porn industry standards.

I guess your tests qualify you to perform in a real porno but I think that most non-industry guys don't have all that. How many sequential months of clean test results are needed these days, 3 months? 4 months? That can take a lot of careful planning.  

I also guess that most non-industry guys are NOT bare-backing Vag or Anal but probably Oral. ... But I can understand why a PS would not want to risk her health and career and make that same assumption and thus provide a Vanilla Experience instead of a PSE with most non-industry guys.

Ok, to be true, the author is right about a number of things but a lot of the generalities the author makes are wrong and there's more wrong in the article than is right.  I doubt the author has ever indulged in the hobby.

Of course, this is just my opinion after seeing a fair number of porn star escorts over 35 years in the hobby...

I think the last line in there is why I have always shied from spending $1500 or more for a porn star escort.  I'm not disgusting but I'm definitely balding and have a belly so the last thing I want is someone who appears as though they don't want to be with me.
