I've never met her but have seen photos.  

I would think that as well known as she is on this board, she wouldn't advertise anywhere without using her full name or a distinctive alias.

Plus, the rate is way lower than what she formerly advertised.  And the phone number is a Vegas number. Is that where she relocated to after having her baby?

Her original home was Chicago. While she was active in the biz she was living in Arizona. Trips to Las Vegas were easy for her.

Just not sure. As I said it's been several years since I last saw her. If this isn't her, it sure could be her double. And in the ad it lists her as 5'4" Alex was about 5'5" or 5'6" as I recall. Hmmm?

While the pictures are of Vanessa Raia, that isn't who will be showing up at your door.  When I saw her pictures, I thought I need to see her but after searching around, I found her facebook page and she posted a mobile message today from Vegas.  Hard to be in Vegas and NY at the same time!
