Hi - I use one because I have orthostatic hypotension, which means that when I move from laying down to kneeling or standing, my blood pressure drops, and I sometimes loose an erection. Instead, I learned a deep abdominal breathing technique that does the same thing naturally (compressing the penile dorsal nerve to interupt the 'cum now' signal.)  No need to pause during the action to put one on, and no need to worry about having them on too long.

 One girl I used to see for sessions put one smaller one of those on me. I didn't notice any difference compared to not wearing one.  I don't see the appeal.
