Why hope, in my opinion, this is another one of those girls who got lucky, because they have a certain look, which as far as I'm concern,does nothing for me.

In the history of hot models,she ain't one of them.  It's all done with smoke and mirrors.  The video shows her true looks,which are average.

Is it just a large tattoo, or is it some kind of growth? Generally, she doesn't look half as hot in the video as she does in the picture on your post (copied again below). From what I hear, that's true of a lot of models. They have neutral faces and waif thin bodies that can be made up and clothed to look amazing in glamour photos.
