2. If you send her references with your inquiry about a particular girl but the references do not check-out, you probably will not hear back from her.
3. If you send her references with your inquiry about a particular girl AND the references check-out, you probably will hear back from her.
This was my experience with her and I have heard it repeated enough times to feel confident that this is how she generally handles inquiries. Once I got cleared with her, she has always responded quickly and been very easy to deal with.
Some do not like how she works but she's been doing this for awhile and it seems to work for her and generally the girls that work with her speak well of her (e.g. Rachel Starr within the last week or two). So, if you can work within her guidelines, it will work out. If you would rather not, there are, of course, many other options out there.
I've tried e-mailing her at her address [email protected] a few times, never to get back any response. Anyone else experience this with her? I'm not on any "blacklists", so that can be ruled out.

I've only used Pamela once a couple of years ago. The email I sent her am email to request a booking with Hannah Hilton at a specific time on a specific date. Pamela got back to me in a pretty quickly and I was set.
I expect she gets lots of email, and unless you are trying to book an appointment, I wouldn't demand a response. She posts most rates, so you don't need to email her about that.

Guys correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the rates she quotes are for a duo Pamala and the provider. Take off $500 for Pamela to get the rate for the provider.
I have used Pamela several times including a month ago. I have always found her to be responsive and great to work with. I have never had a problem with any of her ladies flaking out. Her deposit is a minimal amount so I have never worried about it. I had to cancel once for reasons beyond my control and I felt it was reasonable to give her the deposit for her help in setting up the appointment.
i've found her to be flaky with regard to answering emails. Sometimes she answers right away, sometimes not.
FWIW, I've not used her service. She typically requests deposits and I refuse to do them.
There's no way in hell I'd pay a deposit to see somebody.
The way I see it is there's just as much of a chance of the provider flaking on you as you flaking on her, so if you have good references that should be good enough.
They're all the same M.O.....its a very fickle business,,,,they make alot of money one week, ignor everybody the next week. It's not exactly KMART, open 24/7...its "when they feel like it"...
Most of these providers are not planners. They typically run out of cash at the end of the month...so you'll see a spike in availability and responsiveness around that time.
It's not only them but their suitcase pimp boyfriends that really get stressed. Kind of like a short seller caught in a squeeze.
