I ask because TLC has earned this reputation amongst this board for raising the bar in customer service. Adonia is very responsive in this regards... I asked her about Carmella a month or so ago and she told me that she'd gained weight.  So you can be assured even if Carmella is on the site, or anybody with changed physical status for that matter, she will let you know so you're not surprised by what you get.
