Must UTR or something. I haven't seen her on ANY websites--even the ones I have access to the UTR sections.

Couldn't get my review posted becuase she doesn't have an "ad" site. So I'll post it here.  

Haley announced that someone "stole her iphone" and was running a special to anyone that would buy her one through Amazon. It was an opportunity my little head could not pass up. I contacted her through her email and we where going back and forth about the details.  
She told me that she had been ripped off before, that guys would cancel at last minute. So she pleaded she needed the Amazon gift card be purchased up front. That she had free frequent flyer miles, and she could visit anywhere. Made and finalized the plans. She sounded sincere, good scam.  
We finally agree on a down payment instead. Nothing that broke the bank but more than I care to admit. We were talking all day and as soon as I send the down payment... nothing. I never heard from her again.
I tried contacting her through several different avenues. Offering to change the deal for merchandise or anything, so I at least get something. Zero response back.  
Lesson learned here is check for reviews and money after the service. Hope this helps.
