I've seen Hazel twice this year. The "damage" is 1,200. She did not require a deposit either time. Our second session was 2,000 because she allowed me to record. She is not on TER but I do recommend.  

Was that for one hour with Hazel or was it longer?

It was for the 1 hour for the first session. Our second one was technically one hour as well but it wasn't timed. The main difference was she allowed me to capture all the bbbj she did and the finish.
