And, how do you know they're "naturals"? Cosmetic surgeons out in Cali are pretty damn good (for the most part) and you can't always tell. You certainly can't tell just by looking at them.
I assume by your post that you agree with Dollars, because the feel test is pretty definitive as to what's real and what's fake. The only PS I have been with that had natural boobs was Bethany Benz and I have to say, pretty amazing. I highly recommend her. If you are ever in Chicago (that's her base), definitely look her up. I hope she stays natural.
Most of the PSs I have had the pleasure though did have amazing boobs jobs that you could not tell from the look test, but the feel test was pretty conclusive. Some even boasted how great their boob jobs were. A few were like, "They look real, don't they?"
I have been with some natural non PS who had great racks but none of them are well known.
And it's not like I consciously made that decision, I like big boobs on a fit body and that's hard to achieve naturally.
