The TER search features work pretty well but you have to switch back and fourth between reviews and discussion boards and play with the date ranges. Google is honestly the easiest. Either simply type whatever you're looking for and then "TER" after it into google, or use the "site" operator to only get results from a specific website. site:url searchTerm (no space after colon, space after url).
