Having followed the thread about overnight sessions, I'm game to try one. An overnight with an A-list lady can run into large numbers. Carrying a big wad of cash around seems risky for all concerned. Charging it to a credit card is even more risky. Ladies and gentlemen - in your experience, how is this best handled?
