I am a long-time hobbyist.  I typically see well-reviewed girls in the 400-1000 range.

I have been poking around on this board for a while and am seriously considering trying out a real PSE.  So can I ask the vets a few questions?

1.  For those of you who are really into porn stars, what is it (generally) about the experience that makes you conclude that you are getting more "bang" (pun intended) for your buck than from a high-end non-PS provider?  What do you feel you are getting for the premium $$?

2.  I am not super well-versed in porn chicks.  I like lean, sexy, all natural brunettes and blondes in their 20s--imagine Stoya, if she provided.  Is there anyone who I might like based on that description, who provides (in NY, Miami or LA) that you all would recommend to pop my porn star cherry?

While the aspect of being with an adult film star in and of itself doesn't do much for me anymore (ie;, i don't get excited just because a girl has done a movie for Brazzers, Vivid, etc)...Though i always enjoy hearing stories about industry, etc...

At last count, I was somewhere around 40 or so girls that I've seen who have more than a few movies so it would appear that I am, indeed, into porn stars.  The overall answer to your questions is the somewhat lame, "it depends on the girl."  That's why they came with the acronym "YMMV!"  So as to your questions:

1.  Being the immature dork I am, I actually have a photo gallery of all of the porn chicks I've seen so looked at it and asked myself, "if you had to do it over again for the same rate, pass or go for it?"  For at least 1/2 the answer is an emphatic "yes," since I have seen them more than once.  It's only the bottom quarter that I would pass on so apparently in my case, it's been well worth it 75% of the time.  

As to the "why" it's worth it, there's a number of reasons.  First and foremost, almost all of these women range anywhere from "cute as hell" (Tatianna Kush & Jamie Elle jump to mind) to "drop dead gorgeous!"  (Nikita Denise & RayVeness)  We're a very visually oriented species, it has something to do with the forward-facing, binocular vision (or so they told me on a Discovery Channel documentary).  This is also important to me as it relates to my second reason.

Second, I have a total oral fixation and almost all of the women on my little list give spectacular head, some bordering on the supernatural! (Nikita, Ashley Shye, Claire Dames, Mia Domore, Alexandra Quinn, Alana Evans, Tatianna, for instance)  My theory regarding this is simple: some of these chicks truly enjoy having a hard cock in the mouth and all that goes along with it!  When you add up the looks, experience, skills and enthusiasm, you have a tough package to top .

Finally, I will cop to looking at porn once in a while (fill in your own joke here) and having been with the performer greatly enhances it for me.  When, for instance, Claire Dames looks at the camera and states "I am a sperm receptacle!" it seems to me from our experiences together that she meant it! I've also found that they tend to be very engaging and while they sometimes deny it, enjoy knowing how much you appreciate their talents on film.  I have brought their DVD's to watch on a number of occasions and almost all of them were totally into watching themselves, despite some protestations to the contrary.  This has also lead to some very fun moments where our conversation or activities were exactly that being done on film.  Who knows why, but that sure added to the fun.  The one that sticks out was when Alana said something to me about how much she enjoys knowing guys get off to her and then her saying almost exact same thing on the DVD a few minutes later!  Cracked us both up.

2.  Can't help you here as much personally, since our tastes seem to run differently.  The only girl that I would recommend that falls into your parameters would be Veronica Jett and she may be on hiatus right now!  The best advice anyone can give you on this is to maintain your VIP and do some thorough research in the areas you've listed for girls with those qualities.  While no system is fool proof, the more positive reviews a girl has, the likelier it is that she's the real deal.  I rarely see someone with less than 5 reviews unless they are on my short list of "must sees!"

If you know where to shop, they can be pretty close to cheap, especially when compared with the high end talent here!  While TER will always be near and dear to my heart, it is not the extent of the hooking up with porn stars universe!  I know of at least one fairly well-known girl who's giving $100 BJ's in the Valley on  pretty regular basis and does not appear to be strung out in any way!  

That said, I TOTALLY agree with you about not letting an opportunity slip by!  I'm still pissed off at myself for missing the 15-minute window of opportunity a couple of years ago with Lacie Heart!  What a face that kid has!

For me, I think it IS the excitement of being able to have sex with a pornstar that I've watched many times on video that attracts me to porn stars.
