Tried texting and calling over the past couple days.  No response.  Is this common, I have booked through Adonia before.

I don't want to speak for her, but it is the summer time.
Most people are traveling or busy.
So email might be the best way to reach Adonia.

Not necessarily faster than text or a call.  

I almost always get a reply to my emails within 3 to 5 days.    Not sure if she would reply faster if I was asking for a booking within 48 hours... I've actually never completed a booking with TLC as the provider's I've been most interested in were not available when I wanted or in one case I was told the (new) one I inquired about wad "unreliable".  

Maybe it's me?  Though I have valid P411 creds, OK's and TER references....

Email is your best bet, I emailed her over the weekend and got a reply Monday
