Not necessarily faster than text or a call.  

I almost always get a reply to my emails within 3 to 5 days.    Not sure if she would reply faster if I was asking for a booking within 48 hours... I've actually never completed a booking with TLC as the provider's I've been most interested in were not available when I wanted or in one case I was told the (new) one I inquired about wad "unreliable".  

Maybe it's me?  Though I have valid P411 creds, OK's and TER references....

Email is your best bet, I emailed her over the weekend and got a reply Monday
