If you mean born in Europe, well there are a few in the US at the moment... Think of Katja Kassin, Melisa Lauren, Hannah Harper etc.
In Europe a lot of eastern Europe girls are in porn. Most of them are providers too in their home country. But not that many will be a "big" star... I am still waiting for the next Tania Russof or Nikki Anderson who will provide too...
