...to respond to an inquiry regarding the availability of pornstars they represent. I'm not going to name names...........but I've made two inquiries this week and still nothing. I've been verified and am a member. Is this normal?
It probably depends on whoever the girl is you asked about. Even if they advertise the girl, she may not be reachable or reliable for a myriad of reasons. Have some patience if your dealing with one of the reputable agencies like TLC or Hetaera.
I agree with D&S...sometimes the girl requested might be shooting or traveling and might take a little longer to get the desired answer. However i believe that any good agency should answer an email or voice mail quickly. The clients time is just as important as anyone elses. lets face it..the client is shopping around for the girl he wants to see, and if not answered quickly and eficiently...that client will find somewhere else to spend the hard earned money they have.
The fast response to an inquire about a particular porn stars tell a client three very important things:
a) the agency is respectful of a client's request;
b) the agency is not making the client's time melting around 'up in the air' situation;
c) the agency is 'locking-in' the client to its own business model.
That said, it also should be emphasized, that booking porn stars requires a degree of patience superior to the rest of the escorts. What an agency does as it is best is to minimize the risk that the client will read the response to his inquiry as if 'the degree of patience' will not be rewarded, and his request will sound as if 'the wast of time' is the signpost of the agency business model.
Based on my experience with them I have to say that HUb in both cases - Veronica Avluv (in LA) and Isis Love (in SF) - displayed very clearly to me that they have built a solid foundation on their business model. And as such I am glad that they are growing, are bringing new talents on their roster and are getting the rewards they deserve. Their approach and overall philosophy is as good as you can ask for.

absolutely agree..made an inquiry to hub about a porn star..got back to me immediately..they believe a clients time is valuable..they did not leave me hanging..as bm stated..i will use this agency in the future because of their courtesy and promptness..every agency should do the same..the ones i have dealt with always do..
Actually it's one of the agencies mentioned above. I left a message this morning and two emails this week. All I asked was a general inquiry of the UTR's traveling to Chicago because it mentioned on their site "8 utr's in town for exxotica." I've been verified and a member......no response at all.
If you used TER Whitelist as one of your references, and the agency knows who you are on here. I've gotten pretty timely replies. Also realize that the agency you're dealing with has a large number of ladies and a correspondingly large potential number of emails and phonecalls to deal with on a daily basis. Note that Exxxotica is almost two weeks away.
Completely agree with depending on the girl requested. At least acknowledge the client in receiving the request always but the rest is dependent on hearing back from the girl and their busy schedule.
My advice, if you can book the girls you're interested in through another agency, you probably want to do so. But if you can't, call, because the agent you're probably talking about doesn't really answer emails.
...and my point is to consider the sheer volume of emails that are probably being dealt with. I think things could be handled better, for example, by putting up a VIP only tour page. That might answer some of the myriad of questions that get put up on emails. My experience has been that serious date requests get handled in a timely fashion regardless of method.
...how your request was worded, what the subject was, etc. If you merely inquired about possible availability versus made a specific request, that could make a difference in whether you're treated as a window shopper or a serious buyer. JM2C.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
We thank you for your purchase!
