we have girls all the time come to us and say " I want to make $1,000 per hr" and they have only been in the business for 3 months and have 1 scene released.  

Above is true depends on what they ask for- however that being said looking at the ads and reviews usually established stars booking through agencies are going to be 1000-1500 and independents might be closer to 700-1000-  you might find some in the 300-600 range but many of them will be lesser known that have only been in a few scenes

All of the Porn Stars at the top of my list are in the 1200-1600 range on average, with a few outliers being as high as 2000.  To be fair, I'm always pleasantly surprised when I find some top names under 1000 (between 500-700 usually).  I care less about awards, nominations time in the industry etc., and more about their looks, performance and reputation as a provider.  I like who I like at the moment...might be blondes, might be Latinas, might be thin girls with huge boobs, might be BJ artists, might be anal queens, might be bubble butts.  It matters more what you're willing to pay than what is being charged or the market value.  We all want what we want and it's great that this forum facilitates the exchange of info to enable those depraved, delinquent fantasies!  Thanks brothers!

I know this notion annoys the shit out of some of the providers and their, "ahem," agents but the basic economic principle of "what the market will bear," rears its head here.  What really annoys the aforementioned demographic is that it is a buyer's market.  This idea is clearly demonstrated by looking up and noting there are over 1 million reviews on this site alone, which is not even close to the entirety of the known hobbying universe.

While I'm not well known as a "porn star" I feel like I'm very well known as a solo model (I've been running my solo model site since 2008). My donations vary depending on if the client is a couple, is looking for doubles, is into BDSM and wants to hire me as a sub and/or is looking for filming of the appointment. For an individual client my least expensive option is the filming date which is a couple hundred less than what I would get from shooting a "normal" b/g scene.
