The owner decides what should be listed, if your too fat, she makes you thinner, if she thinks your too thin, she makes you heavier.
When I was with E2K, she had me listed at 115 or 117 lbs., even though I am and have always been 110 lbs. When I tried to correct what was listed, she told me, "men don't like skinny girls, so I added weight to you".
