Today, it's so much of the same shit over and over. I check out the various free pornsites like Redtube and Pornhub, and there's only maybe one in fifty videos that I even bother to click on.
These days, for me to really get into a scene, it has to be a lady that I find REALLY hot, she has to be dressed sexy and have her hair and makeup just right, it has to be well lit and show a little originality. Then, and only then do I feel Mr. Happy starting to pay attention. I guess that's why I've become a fan of a lot of the Euro porn. It's like a combination of Vivid and Rob Black... the sex is really nasty and hot, with ass-to-pussy and the like, but the production qualities are like a high-end studio feature.
Is it just me? Have I become a porn curmudgeon? Or are there others of you out there that feel the same way?
Back in the "day" (1998) when the first "solo gal sites" were starting out, mainstream porn had a big head start. But a few gals broke out and formed their own sites. One of the very first was wifeysworld.com, and my site lorshasworld.com
It did not take long (2000), before you had your "content" gals showing up on nearly every site there was.
I ran a poll a couple of years ago among my members asking the question:

Suprisingly the answer was 92% to 8% in favor of solo-girl site. There were over 2000 votes in the poll, with no more then 1 vote per member. So this was a pretty good sampling. Now granted, all the votes came "from" a solo-girl site, hehe. But still .. quite surprising.
The comments about the poll, were just as you stated fasteddie. They locked onto a "certain" girl in particular, and that is what "did it" for them.

I guess the point I'm trying to make is it does seem a "particular" girl that you find is hot to you, exceeds all other things you want to see.
The fact is that porn is too easily accessible. It's very easy to become numb to what porn offers today, as opposed to what it used to mean to you.
Back in the old days (jeeze, I can't believe I said that) relatively speaking, it wasn't as easy to get a hit of porn whenever you felt like it.
If you wanted to see porn movies / video you actually had to go seek it out. You had to go to the video store or the local whack shack and you had to hunt for what you wanted. If you went to the video store, you had to go thru all the effort get back home, start your VCR and THEN you'd get porn.
Now, since all you have to do is click on your mouse a few times (blamo! you've got porn) it's all to common to get desensitized to porn.
Myself, I'm seeing all kinds of wild stuff out there in porn that I could never have imagined would be exciting years ago. But I do have to say when you combine a decent storyline with the hardcore offerings of today's porn biz, that does the trick. Unfortunately, most of what's out there is wham-bam, kind of stuff. I know what you're saying... I have (or had, before the fire), close to fifty videos and over a thousand photos of my meetings with almost all of the PSEs I had seen. But even that got to be more trouble than it was worth. for the first two or three years photos/video were a must and a deal breaker if they said no, but I found that taking photos/video DURING the fun got to be too much work and not enough fun, and wasn't worth the effort even to be able to watch them later.
