Unfortunately, one of the sad "side effects" of this hobby is that it is based on sex appeal, desirability, or as the modern cliche goes, "hotness." Celebrities like Cher have declared that as long as they keep in shape, no 40 or 50 year old women need to be afraid of competition from 18-year-olds. But, as we all know, that is total B.S. Depth, and a "different sort of" attractiveness develop and emerge with age. There is a type of appeal that comes with wisdom and experience, but that is not the sort of appeal that most "hobbyists" are interested in. They are generally much more interested in that cliched "hotness."
Having met Devon in person on multiple occasions, I must say that she has the type of charm and sweetness (and eyes that mirror the soul) that endures over time. Of course, she has flaws and the usual issues of excess that are particularly common, and particularly tempting, in the "looks based" glamour business. But there is no doubt that Devon has the potential to endure, and be charming, and be attractive as the years pass by.
However, to be honest, there is no point in patronizing the providers by telling them that they are as "hot" or "irresistible" in their 60's as they were in their 20's. Despite the miracles of modern plastic surgery, and despite the value of experience and personality and sense of humor, it is simply ridiculous to pretend that a 70-year-old Gina Lollobrigida, for example, is a big a turn-on as a 27-year-old Gina Lollobrigida.
So, in essence, I am agreeing with you, Afterglow. While it is fair to say that a 33-year-old Devon is more beautiful and attractive than 99.9% of the 33-year-old population, it is also honest to say that, form the point of view of the all pervasive and superficial "hotness," it is unrealistic to expect a 33-year-old Devon to compete with a 19-year-old Devon.
