I filled out an appointment form a week and a half ago and haven't heard a word. This makes me nervous as I gave them my credit information. But they have a solid reputation, so I figured I should be okay to trust them. Well, now the appointment date I'd requested has passed as has the back up date. No "yes", no "no". Nothing. How long have you waited for Body Miracle to get back to you?

I've found that no matter what agency you're dealing with, it's ALWAYS better to call them rather than to email.  They all have phone numbers listed on their websites, and if you call them you get a live person.  Mention that you emailed a booking request and haven't had a response.
