its not like the old days at all.

They are not there to "work" as providers. They use the event to hopefully get "seen" or noticed and picked up by a big-name modeling agency, or some bigger porn producer. They use their time there for publicity. To be honest, they don't want to spend their time in hotel rooms being providers. Yes, some of them may take on a client if there is nothing else going on, but it's not their main focus for being there at AVN.

And it sounds like you're still enjoying it!  

I'll simply say this years AVN was one of the most exciting and illustrious of my career. I collected direct contacts of about 25 really exceptional girls who were very personable and very eager to be....busier.

This was my 1st time at AVN and it did not disappoint.

I received an unexpected invitation to go out of town to celebrate my birthday, so once again I missed AVN...but, I'm still celebrating and having a great time...Yayyy!

....    I havent posted my avn experiences on here in awhile so i figured I would for this one.  I want to preface this w/a few caveats:
     IMO, it was more busier there on Friday than the other days.  I dont mind the cam girls booths (chatterube, mfc) being there but is it me or the areas near it always crowded and became clusterfucks to move around.  Also, whoever was playing the music in the Joint around 3PM then needed to tonne it down a lot as even if you were at the top of the joint by the bars, you'd still have to scream loud to talk to the girls signing there. Heck, even the security guards were putting their hands over their ears due to the noise.  I wasnt the only one who hated the loud music, even some of the big named studios hated the loud music.  And mind you, it was only one person blatsing the music, not all the DJ's.

     Sunny Lane - love my longtime friend.  She charged me 20 to take photos w/her but i didnt mind and we took a whole bunch, she still jokes about me being in future production meetings w/her for future parodies she'll do since we share the same ideas.

     Zoey Laine - wow, what a super cute petite brunette.  I think the rainbow wand i gave her made her whole avn weekend as she said not many came to see her then.  As we had out pic taken, she began biting my neck playfully mentioing the wand would go perfectly w/the rainbow brite outfit she wore the next day
        Bobbi Dylan - her words, "he is my new BFF".  Shes from south jersey like me. We actually did dinner at Culinary Dropout the friday night of avns. we're doing that again asap.
      Katie Morgan - again, i didnt expect to meet her but im glad i did.  All the reports of her being super nbice to fans at avns are completely true, she was w/me, we chatted for like 20 minutes..  She charged me 10 for the pucs we took, i had no problem paying that.
