All the secrets for attending AVN/AEE...

Where to stay, how to get the most out of the Expo, where to find the pornstars, etc.

Awesome blog entry, the trade show part and how to get admission is extremely helpful.  I'd be a bit weary about the W-2 form thing but as long as your not filing it, I don't think you'd be committing any felonies by just writing false information.

Awesome blog, I'll def have to review it when I make plans for the AVNs next year

I'm totally jealous of the fact that you got to have sex with Alex Arden. She's gorgeous. Does she do escort gigs?

I'd agree on the W2 but the other stuff is easily gotten. Thanks again for the insight that only you have.

I'm considering attending this year and I know it's changed a lot since 5+ years ago.

Eddie, it's good that you set the bar at modest levels for everyone to not have incredible over the moon expectations, but take the AVN experience as an adventure. If I get out there, I think the networking might be worth the trip. Develop PSE contacts and go from there.

Vegas is wild even without the AVN/CES circus, it's that much more amped up when both conventions are in full swing. As hobbyist,
ya gotta know the girls are in high demand during the convention. So if serendipity is on your side, you'll fuck your brains out. if not, make the connects for fucking with your fav. pornstar at a later date. :)

Industry registration is open and they are actually running a special to try and bump up attendance until September industry registration is only $100 it will go up after that and then up again in December so book early and save a few bucks (and buy Eddie a drink at the circle bar for all the great info!)

It was confirmed today that CES is moving out of the Sands convention center to consolidate the show at the Las Vegas convention center.....it will be interesting to see if this causes a bit if a drop in room rates at the Venetian as only the AEE will be held at the Sands center this year

Don't be surprised if the AVN show and the awards night are moved to a new venue in Las Vegas. It may happen by next year, but I think more realistically 2011.

Likely 2011 they are already selling floor space based on the Sands convention center for 2010..... as well ask taking industry registrations for attendance....you are correct tho they waited till mid July to start confirming things this year and scuttlebutt has it that 2011 will be based on how this upcoming show pans out
