Howdy again - for agents like E2K that provide CC or Cash donation options, does the provider care which option? I know local providers prefer cash, but unsure about PSE?

It does not matter since the ladies get paid at the end of the tour. All donations whether is in Cash or CC is picked up daily and they do not get to keep anything with few exceptions.

When booking direct all but a very tiny few will accept CC.

I personally would not recommend the usage of CC for this hobby unless you have control of your expenditures and don't become addictive and end up in Bankruptcy by using what you don't have. Always donate in cash so that there is no trace of the meeting.
