This has been asked and discussed before.  Yes, she advertises... but setting up a date is a royal PITA.  At least that's been my experience so far.  i've had contact with her several times over the last 2 years and nothing's happened.   And, I've heard that when dates have been made she doesn't show up.  She even failed to appear at a local club where she was supposed to be dancing and the club was forced to give money back to people who paid to see her that night.
