It's a new law in Virginia. Pornhub shut down completely in VA, but xHamster decided to try the compliance route, meaning age verification via ... intrusive methods.

But weirdly enough, *sometimes* I can access xHamster videos, but most of the time they are blocked.

I think most of the restricted porn sites can be accessed with vpn.  I just tried it with xhamster.  It didn't require ID if you use the correct vpn locations.
