this agency wants pre payment via credit card in addition to alot of info and used to be semi friendly when talking on the phone but went thru a phase of being stuck up and online only and now due to the economy they have softened back up again.

I have.  As the other poster said, at first they were fairly typical-to-good.

As time went on, they became awful.  Canceling appointments.  Refusal to allow prior customers to know who's available or even to book, without providing a credit card to "re-enroll" their membership.  

When inquiring about some of the past girls, the handler would simply respond rudely along the lines of "she's out of your price range".  What the fuck?  

And so on.  Frankly, I'd rather not book through a bunch of assholes.
