I just used Google Images search by saving the first pic from the link you posted (see the tab on the top of Google) and found one of her modeling pages. Since she seems to be UTR I won't post her name, but you can see unblurred pics of her (and her "other" name) on that site. The search also shows her review sites.
First of all, she's not a porn star, she is a model. She has done fashion modeling, and shows. I don't know if she's ever been in a skin mag like Playboy or Hustler or whatever.
Secondly, yes, that is really the woman. I've seen her. I posted a review - you can read it and the other 42 pages of reviews at the link below.
