No, that's London Keyes.

If you look on Pam's website, you'll see she identifies her as London Keys.

If you look on iafd.com at the list of tattoos both girls have, you'll find that they have some similar tats - that's not unusual.

Looking at the face (weird concept, I know) it looks like London and doesn't look anything like Asa.
