There's been alot of talk about different agencies (who is behind them and how they are), and all I hear about is TLC, Lita, etc. However, I never hear about EMI, or Perfection. What are the thoughts on them?
I've talked to all of them, but only booked through TLC. That in itself is not saying anything bad about any of them, but that Adonia has always been able to take care of me quickly and politely at reasonable rates.
I can say that I have found Perfection impossible to deal with. I send a text asking who they have available in a town. They tell me to send them my name and email. Two days later, I got nothing. I send another text asking if they were going to send me an email and they ask for my name and email again. If you search back far enough, you'll also find complaint posts about Perfection sending unsolicited text messages to guys when someone is touring their city.
I would recommend TLC, helpubookher2, My Platinum Provider, Pam Peaks, Photogirls International or EMI. All those are professional and willing to work with you as long as you can get verified with that agency. Perfection Models are a bit less so, strictly my own opinion. The models they offer are legit but they are usually advertised with higher rates than any other agency and they push 90min or 2 hour appointment minimums so you are forced to pay more.
I've had two dealings with them. First one was smooth. Second one I had to cancel one or two days prior (I can't remember) to the appointment. Then I started receiving text messages calling me names and saying how could I do that to the model. I seriously had to cancel and they made a federal case about it. Kinda soured me on them. But there are others who have not had any issues. That is just my personal experience. So take it for what it is.
Perfection sends a lot of unsolicited "hey babe" texts and then gets pissed when U ask them to stop.
