And besides that...

Can you definitively state that you got this infection from her? My guess is no, since you state that your doctor "guessed" what it was. Was it virul or bacterial? What was the name of the malady? How is it generally transmitted? How long is the incubation period?

If you contact her without being certain that she gave it to you, I would not pin it on her. I'd call her with just and FYI.

It's not HIV.

But I nearly choked off my air supply from a serious throat infection / inflamation after an unforgettable tasty 69 we had together. She sucked on my junior so much that I've never seen my dick get so huge. It added maybe an extra inch cuz I was so excited from her BJ.

But after the fun was over, I started getting a sore throat that became worse and worse to the point where I couldn't sleep well from choking from my own breathing. I saw a doctor last week who 'guessed' at what it might be and, luckily got some proper medications.

I'm mostly cured now... but was surprised to have caught something from this particular provider, especially after her scheduler claimed 'recent tests' were normal. Either she caught something even more recently or the scheduler was just giving me a load of BS.

Since this provider is my personal favorite, I am hesitant and trying not to make her look bad.

Some people may say "that's a minor STD" who gives a shit... but in my years of hobbying with $500+ ladies who tend to have cleaner hygiene than I could ever have, I never had a problem like this..
so I was just surprised.

It's appropriate for you to contact her and let her know that she gave you an STD.

It's not like she intentionally infected you, and her scheduler didn't necessarily lie to you.  Tests results are only good as of the day they were done.  A pornstar can get tested today, walk onto a set  or see a client an hour after blood was drawn, and contract an STD,

I'm curious, why did her test results come up when you were talking to her scheduler?  Was your session BBFS?

It's a big boy's hobby, and there are certain risks involved, more so if you choose not to use a condom.

Can you definitively state that you got this infection from her? My guess is no, since you state that your doctor "guessed" what it was. Was it virul or bacterial? What was the name of the malady? How is it generally transmitted? How long is the incubation period?

Eddie is right, you should not "broadcast" this news to the world because of the way it would be utilized by malicious rumor mongers.

However, the responsible thing to do is to let her know, so that she can 1) Treat her condition and 2) Inform any other clients with whom she has had contact.

Also, as Eddie points out, STDs are a risk of the hobby.  There is a trade off between "personal preference" and "degree of health safety," but incidents like this help to emphasize the value of condoms and dental dams.

It's a big deal if a provider is giving clients STDs, but a situation like this needs to be handled with the greatest of caution and there should probably be a procedure within TER to handle it.

The two biggest problems with posting this are: 1) the client may have actually got it from someone else; 2) the guy may have a vendetta against the provider and is making a false claim to hurt her business. I'm speaking in general terms, I'm not saying either applies to the original poster.

However, if it can be determined that the provider does have an STD, the responses from Eddie ("it's not like she intentionally infected you" and "it's a big boy's hobby") are not good reasons why this important information shouldn't be shared with other hobbyists.

it's a thorny issue (far from B&W) ... so do let us also think of the guy who's going to see her tonight! put yourself in his hypothetical shoes

i don't have all the answers, as to what's the best thing to do (and what this board's role is, if any) which is why i said "no comment" earlier

i'm all for protecting her from malicious haters (aka "the competition"). perhaps she doesn't know, or maybe she does, and if she does know will she inform the guy she's seeing tonite?

and maybe our addict friend got this infection from sucking on a beer bottle afterwards and it was the waitress who had the STD!

of course, all this also depends on what the damned thing is!!  if it's a simple bacterial infection, then no big whoop, but if it's viral infection (and you're "stung for life") then maybe it's not ok, even if it's something that is nowadays perceived as being common and easily treated

there is no way to know that SHE gave it to you, I mean some STDs lie dormant for months. For all you know you could have been infecting people including her for months without knowing it.

Let's also put things in perspective....A common STD though unpleasant, is not Lou Gehrig's Disease, it's  not diabetes, it's not VF (ventricular fibrillation), etc...

It is a big boys lifestyle, & I'll give the social liberterian speech again: -  what 2 or more consenting adults do is their business...

The last time I saw a provider was early Sept., & my next appt. won't be until later in December...The AIM test I will get then will be as updated as anyone's (certainly in the industry) can be...And the girls I'm seeing then are fine with the activity (BBFS) i seek....

BTW, the last time I contracted an STD was 1999...

what this "something" was

it's curious that you also censored this identity (of the disease itself)

as for calling HER out, no comment, though you should probably listen to Eddie

First, if you read his post, his complaint is about a sore throat. You should all note that you can get STD's including gonorrhea and chlamydia in your throat passed during oral sex.

Know the risks.

Second, there are lots of "pornstars" who are currently providing, but not currently shooting scenes. Most of the one I know who aren't shooting don't test regularly. They'll only test if they need to do a scene. Thinking otherwise is naive thinking.

And I'd note that just because a girl charges a higher rate, do not for a moment assume she has better hygiene or is more std free than a girl that has a lesser rate. The price of a girl has nothing to do with this at all.

I imagine you and I 'caught' identical STDs :(

Last year, I saw a PS who I 69ed with, within 2 or 3 days, my throat was swollen, and I couldn't swallow.

My ENT repeatedly asked me if I slept with prostitutes or hookers, I kept denying, and he looked on disappointingly. One week of anti biotics and some other med got me through.

Be careful where you stick your tongue. I'd gladly PM her name over, but my account is back on free membership.

If a PSE or hobbyist has genital herpes don't they have to mention it up front. Been a few court cases lately with this same scenario.
