Enforcing the rules on posting is the job of the moderator. We have no other responsibility. Most of the rules for posting on the boards are fairly straightforward and obvious. I have yet to censor a post for violating any rule other than the new ad posting guidelines and the multiple ads in one week rule.

Since I like to see the ladies post, especially their ads, I have put a little extra effort into helping them conform with the new guidelines. I modify their first incorrect post and send an email or TER mail of the change in rules. Most have been very quick to get reviewed or change their posting habits.

In my whole three weeks of moderating, I have found the job to be entertaining and not a lot of extra work. So far I am enjoying the experience
