That's just how Pam works.  My sense is its her way of weeding out the pretenders and she does not want to waste her time dealing with those who may ask questions but are not ready or close to being ready to book an appointment.  If you have good references, its not that difficult getting verified.

Pam may think that she's doing right by the way she handles her business... I disagree.

I've talked with Pam in email several times.  For a long time, she ignored my emails too even though I gave her good references.  I've seen a lot of pornstars and they've all said good things about me.  Still it was hard getting in touch with Pam or getting any information from her.

Once I did, she started demanding deposits.  I don't do deposits and I resent being asked for one.  I've been in this hobby for over 30 years and I've only flaked on a girl ONCE and that was because I got incredibly sick and ended up in the hospital.  I called the agency as soon as I was coherent...  I have had girls flake on me though... several times...

I think Pam is the most difficult agent to deal with.  She may think that she's doing right, and protecting her girls, but she's also losing business and the girls are losing business because I'm sure I'm not alone in having problems dealing with Pam and not wanting to send a deposit in advance.

If you work with Pam and things go well for you, congratulations.  I'll look elsewhere.  There are very few women that Pam represents that aren't available directly or through other agencies.

Truth is its a YMMV thing with Pam. I've had very good experiences with Pam where she promptly responded and went out of her way to hook me up. I've also had experiences where I found her to be a little short with me on the phone or email and other times where she hasn't responded to my emails. Like it or not, that's just the way she is. She is only one person and does seem to have other things going on. So, yeah consistency would be nice but with her you just have to take the good with the bad. Most important thing is that she keep info on us safe and in talking to many, many PSE they consistently say that they have more faith in her to do that than anyone else. BTW, I won't do deposits either and if she insists for someone reason than you can simply say no.

That is generally how she works.  You can agree or disagree with it but its how she does things and while it may be frustrating to some, it seems to have worked well for her.  Its not about right or wrong, its just her way of protecting herself and those she works with and you shouldn't take it personally.

There's no doubt you have a number of reviews but only a couple appear to be from PSE's but you're also the "exception" that proves the rule.  While I wouldn't speak for Pam, my sense is she isn't going to expend the time to see how many reviews you may or may not have and make a judgment based on just your reviews.  The way she works is, if you're serious, then you should be able to give her references and certainly with 45 reviews, including at least 1 that Pam works with, you should have no problem providing references.

Pam is the best.  She is responsive and truly caters to her clienteles needs.  Additionally, many of the girls that she advertises state that she really cares about them and treats them well.  If Pam does not respond to you  - she does not know you.  Get screened and quit ur *&^*in'.

Years back Summer Sinn used to visit LA regularly and I used to see her each visit. Then on one trip she started using Pam as her booker so I called and introduced myself as a regular and asked to schedule. Well Pam wanted me to fill out her form, I explained that I had been seeing Summer regularly and if she asked Summer about me she would vouch for me.
