What I find amazing is that the expected deposit is equal to the fee for 1 hour. That means, you're basically paying in advance and if she doesn't show up (which is likely) you're out the money.
Given the rates and the deposit, this is almost certainly a scam.
The funny thing is, this comes up every few months and someone always asks about it. I did a quick search and found essentially the same "Amy Reid" $400 deposit ad being asked about in February, June, October and now December. Whomever it is, must need a little traveling money, puts the ad up, takes in a few deposits, closes it and then comes back a few months later. Guess we should expect it to come up again around next February or March.
