To some extent accents are in the ear of the beholder, but I think you may have speaking to a booker or assistant.  I've talked to her many, many times, face-to-face and on the phone, and never picked up an accent, and I'm not from her part of the country.  Anyway, hope you get to meet her.  She's a cool chick.
