and that's on top of 234 genuine problem reports filed in the last 8 months (nearly all approved)

Today i have decided to become a VIP Member so that I can check out TER a little more. I went in and started to read my reviews...not i am sure that your thinking why but i wanted to Know what made My experience something to write about. Well I was shocked and DISGUSTED with what i read! It seems that some "reviewers" claim to have CIM and Facials and even talked about Cum play...thats BULLSHIT!!!!! Anyone who has EVER saw me can vouch that I DONT OFFER CIM..NEVER have and NEVER will. Not only is it dangerous but i am NOT a cum lover. It saddens me that people can write such things about me and then when others read it They assume that they can do it to me as well. NOT only does it reflect me badly but it pisses me off. Is there a way that i can confirm what is true, Grant it i am not disputing valid reviews but reviews that saw I offer things that dont should be evaluated. Since you're the subject of the review, I'd say you have every right to have the review either corrected to reflect what actually happened or taken down completely.
Sam, the problem is that TER gives 15 free days of VIP membership for each review submitted, so there are guys who are cranking out fake reviews in order to extend their free memberships. If they were smart, they'd at least read the other reviews and follow the general lines, but they're either not smart or they just don't bother to take the time... hence there are always going to be a certain number of inaccurate reviews for any provider, because a certain percentage of them are fake.
Plus, some guys just plain lie for ego gratification... claiming that they got something that most others didn't give them a boost to their obviously low self-esteem.
While I can imagine how annoying it is for you, one small consolation is that most of the members here understand that a certain percentage of the reviews are going to be bullshit, and they look at the overall comments in ALL of a girl's review to make their judgements. So as aggrevating as it is to you, it's not as bad as it seems.
Part of the problem is that the writers are far ahead of the readers. Getting paid to read porn won't get you rich, and only someone who has already been intimate with the provider would know if the review is truth or fiction.
Easiest way to get a permanent free VIP membership is to start reading the reviews and counting the mistakes made by the readers. There are tons of them-Spectator on the LA board wrote some time back that he has a year's worth of free VIP from all the problem reports he's submitted.
The other part of the problem is that there is a heavy burden of proof on the provider to say the session didn't happen. If it's he said/she said, Staff is usually going to go with the client.
Eddie is right in suggesting that most experienced readers (clients) of reviews can separate the wheat from the chaff, which minimizes any potential liabilities or misunderstandings.

The problem is that would take a minimum effort on their part... and if they're too fucking lazy to at least read the girls other reviews in order to match her performance in their fake ones, they're damn sure not going to make the effort to search for errors in other reviews...
yes, it's a sad fact that there are schmucks out there who for whatever reason -- ego stroking, reliving a (fake) fantasy, free VIP membership, etc -- will make up shit 6 ways to Sunday (and then some)
that sorta thing, providers can hardly prevent ... BUT THERE IS a recourse (i believe) ... you can tell TER which reviews are questionable (especially if they're entirely fake) and have them pulled (or that's my understanding) ... at least that's one recourse in theory (in practice it might be a long wait)
over time, many providers realize that (in the long run) this is not a battle they can ultimately "win" and just give up -- resigned to the usual caveat that all the reviews are "fiction" to begin with anyway so who really cares (you might now get in the habit of telling new bookings what in the reviews are real and what isn't)
i've known providers who were so fed up with this shit that they just up and left, yanking them out by the roots: requesting that ALL their reviews be pulled and went on without a TER profile thereafter! (a bit extreme i think, but to each her own)
sorry, (i think) i know how it feels ... maybe some of the other talent here had good experiences in getting TER to change/delete such reviews and can help you out
