END OF MESSAGE

The only thing that really matters is whether the NEXT one you are seeing has Herpes.

a few years back i was with a fairly popular porn star,   she offered to go BBFS for extra and showed me her recent test results.   i didnt realize til after ( and thinking more clearly LOL)  that her test panel was for everything you can think of EXCEPT Herpes ..

herpes being prevalent amongst active porn actors/actresses i have heard the same thing from many others including their own booking agents.

problem is there is no cure so it can continue spreading and since its not deadly nor has major health consequences, ( other than fucking up your life)  its not taken seriously in the porn industry.  guess just considered cost of doing business.

so i dodged a bullet,  but lesson learned when it comes to meeting porn actresses.   also on more than one occasion i have pulled girls away from me trying to do a stripper slide,  which is also a great way to catch herpes.    DAMN  yeah this all sucks.

Like you, I recoiled in horror when an escort unexpectedly tried to do the stripper slide on me this past summer. As fun as it can be and as good as it feels, it's not worth the chance of catching something unwanted.

Read the article.  More religious dribble.

You have a 1 in 2 chance of getting herpes from ANYONE you have sex with, regardless of their profession.

"It is estimated that, in the United States, 47.8% of people aged 14–49 have HSV-1, while 11.9% of Americans in the same age group have HSV-2 (Herpes Simplex Virus, 2017)"

(Not going to address the OP's article. It's just religious blather.)

1:2 Flip of a coin? 50/50? Not possible. If it were, by now only virgins would be without herpes.

Exactly, you might have a high risk of getting a herpes infection  if your partner has an outbreak and you contact the infected area but the risk is relatively low if the partner does not have an active infection and you wear protection.  Hopefully, with the new mRNA vaccine technology an effective herpes vaccine will be available soon.

Damn, hadn't thought of the vaccine hope. Yes, let's hope.

You should also know that you can get herpes even if you use a condom.

Condoms reduce the risk but do not eliminate the risk entirely. There are several factors that go into it, including whether or not the person is currently suffering from an outbreak and has active sores but you can get herpes from someone even if they do not have any symptoms.  You can get herpes from anal, oral and vaginal sex.
