Uh... that was a sarcastic post.  There is no such thing as a phone exchange that begins with 555... it's the number that all TV and movies use so they don't get sued by someone who actually has a phone number that's used in a film.

LOL, I hadn't even noticed the actual number, and didn't get the joke. Contact info seems to be exchanged on this board and so I just assumed the number was valid without paying attention.

So the implication from the author of the sarcastic post was that she's not available, or that my question or voicing of same was somehow not appropriate? What engendered the sarcasm?

The sarcasm was probably engendered by one of the following:

1. The Amy Reid question has been asked many times before. Everyone should try using the SEARCH button before posting messages.

OR

2. That's just the way this board is sometimes. Everyone likes to have a little fun once in awhile. I'll let it go as long as it's not malicious :-)

She is in it for the sex. She was just a model (a horny one) she started doing porn for reliable wood. She hasn't slowed down one bit.
Some rumor had it that she stopped working with guys and that obviously was not true cause she has been cranking out work with some of the biggest wood in the industry at a steady rate since she started.
If she was just in it for the money I don't think she would be doing all this low budget (low paying) gonzo website stuff she would be doing features.

Well you are wrong about that.  She was dating Vince Voyeur and she had done a movie for him about 2 years ago.  She didn't want to do guys until recently.  She's no longer with Vince Voyeur.  

Also the gonzo stuff (websites & studios) pay the same as features per scene if not more.

Gonzo does not pay the same as feature work no where near what feature work pays. Feature work takes more than a day even if the person is only doing once scene, a Gonzo thing can be done in hours.

That movie was made in 2005 AFTER her Suze Hardcore shoot .
She did her first Hardcore with Suze in 2004 it was not released untill February of 2005!

The movie was released in 2005.  If you see the production dates they were before the Suze Randall shoot.  The Suze Randall shoot was less than 6 months ago.

Actually, I believe Amy's first boy girl scene was for the matts models website. Before that she had just been a nude model. In that vid, you can clearly see she is unsure and doesnt really want to partake, hence my comments.
After that, she did Young Ripe Mellons 7, Vouyer Vision 2, O Ring Blowout, and Jailbait 2 all for Redlight District.
Her performance improved throughout these movies but she still wasnt really into it. After a short hiatus, she returned and now is making full hardcore gonzo movies, and I belive her first BG anal film isnt too far away. (She has already shot at least one anal dildo scene and talen a finger in the ass on screen from Brandon Iron)
One of her latest movies, Bakers Dozen 8, was her best imo, and now she really seems into it, so maybe she has matured into the industry. Im sure the $5500 she was paid for Bakers Dozen helped ;)

Btw, she also goes by the alternate surname spelling Amy Ried, and as Devin Valencia.
I have all her vids, and as u may have guessed im a big fan :)

Don't just look at the order the stuff was released look at the order of the production dates. Her Suze shoot was even released first before anything else in early 2005 February.
Her work with Vince Vouyer was not produced untill let alone released until 2005.

Bottome line is she is in it for the reliable big wood just like she has said in interview after interview and that being the case I seriously doubt that we will be seeing her available any time soon.

That was the number that was reported in the press, and it doesnt seem too high. I mean, she did take on several guys (13+1) during the scene.

And re amys HC start date, its getting a little redundant now, but seeing as I have all the secenes in question on my pc, I can see her progression. You will find that the suze randall stuff came after the matts models shoot. But im bored with this now, so whatever....
