oh my God if there's anyone out there with that kind of money I have one question for you why in heavens name would you wasted on Lindsay Lohan she's a pretty girl when she's sober and in jail but she basically a bag of bones physically. Now some of the fringe celebrities have always supplemented their incomes with a little bit of escorting on the side. When I was much younger I had a huge crush on Edy Williams I can remember when I was 18 seeing a movie called the 7 min. and I can remember how smitten I was with her then quite beautiful.. I found out years later that she was available as an escort through the late 70s early 80s at the fee of $250 an hour. Missed out on that one :-)

Bag of Bones: Loads of possibilities for a ribald play on words there, but you have to wonder either about the writer's eyesight or standards of beauty if you classify Miss Lohan that way.

Nope not from Wisconsin just a little for the North eh, as my monitor should tell you I'm from Canada eh , don't get me wrong I think Lindsay Lohan as a young woman has a lot of potential she has a very pretty face but I think messing around with Paris Hilton so much in fighting in various legal and illegal substances has harmed the look of young lady who in her best time was one of the most attractive young women in Hollywood. Unlike so many she couldn't stand prosperity of being a pretty girl and the fact that she comes from a dysfunctional family probably have looked into it as well but $75,000 to spend an evening with Lindsay Lohan with or without sex is a little steep. Hells bells and honeysuckle's I wouldn't spend more than $5000 to spend the night with Anna Nicole Smith when she was at her very best I got was a woman that had it all going for and threw it all away I hope that Lindsay Lohan does not end up the same way that Nicole did in the case of both ladies I would just have to say is waste!!!

Hard to disagree with anything there, except I'd apply that hypothetical $5K elsewhere.  Different strokes and all that.  Meanwhile, Canada has produced many lovelies, and —fortunately for those of us who visit on occasion— has retained some of them.  Moreover, the Wisconsin rule doesn't seem to apply north of the border, again, fortunately.

I recall there were rumors that Alyssa Milano, Rose McGowan and Holly Marie Combs were all available.  This was about 2-3 years after Charmed (in which all three starred) was cancelled.  Who knows if they really were or if it was just someone having a joke since they were all out of work.  But, I do know that Alyssa Milano was available before Charmed...  IIRC it was 10K for an "Introduction".  If it were true, and I had the money, I would have gone for Rose McGowan...

But it gets me to wondering, if I had the coin to drop on an indulgence like that (which I don't) how would one even go about making those arrangements?

Through their agent?  Does the agent get a percentage?

Considering how there is and the abundence of female talent relative to the work opportunities and the lack of steady jobs in Hollywood, some would be tempted to work extra on the side when money runs out.
As for how to make the arrangement, I think without knowing, that it is more about spending money in general and to be known as rich and know the right people. If you look at the stories from the past, Lexie Karlsen(playmate) for example said at a trial that it wasn't a one time deal but the guy spending alot of money on her. An offer she cant refuse kind of thing.

Another phenom in Europe (and probably caribbean) is being a yacht-girl, they are pretty easy to spot around the Cannes filmfestival. If you see a low level celebrity with no movie in Cannes and you see them on yachts during the filmfestival chances are pretty high they have been invited to that yacht by some wealthy person. Think Tara Reid and Victoria Silvstedt.
Bottom line is money open more then just doors.
