There is a European website by Private Film Director Marc Dorcel, www.marcdorcel.com.  Unfortunately it's a pay site, but I've been told that you can contact MANY of the European Pornstars and arrange dates in Paris and other European Cities.... Don't have any direct confirmation, but I know that there is a chat feature that allows you to talk to the pornstars directly, so maybe something can be set up there.  

By the way, a hobbyist I know from a private board travels extensively in Europe, and he's seen many of the Eurostars....a great number of them ARE available, and the prices there are substantially lower than here in the States!
