Occassionally, there are postings I simply can't make heads nor tails of. This is one of them.
I can appreciate a persons entrepreneurial spirit and making the smart move by going asking for customer input, if that's what this is really all about, but sometimes things are better left unsaid.
I'm all for capitalism and figure that supply and demand is the law of the land. So if Kendra is popular enough, and there are hobbyists willing to put up the specified dollar amount for the privilege of some private time, more power to her. But to say that those who can't EASILY swing the lofty price tag aren't capable of being respectful, courteous and reverent is ridiculous. I'll admit to one thing right now that I reserve reverence for only a select few people and none happen to be providers. In reviewing the statements collectively it may have been more appropriate to say that she approves of only the biggest of Kendra Jade fans with sugardaddy capacities. In that case at least I could respect her honesty. But no, instead, I figure that most of the hobbyists would fall under the category of low-caliber, disrespectful & discourteous (won't even address the reverence aspect) if using the widely accepted corresponding dollar value scale. After all, with wealth comes an overabundance of all those qualities.
I can appreciate Kendra's desire for privacy and being selective about clients. However, all that's left of privacy are the juicy tidbits that occur with each encounter (i.e. reviews), all else is openly out there for all to see. As for her client criteria, all hints at that via the referenced post should have been left as a PRIVATE thought.
Hopefully, this is merely a criticism on a poor choice of words, but I'd like to hear some other opniions on the topic.

The feedback and information you provided really helped me out and opened my eyes to some of the concerns hobbyist have.
I forwarded Kendra all of your feedback and she called me a hour ago (4 in the morning, homegirl needs to get better hours)

Before I post her response I should mention that Kendra is not going INDEPENDANT at all, she's just letting me test my business skills out on her as a favor to ME.
I asked HER to let me do some booking for her, and she always lets me do this kinds of stuff cause I get curious as to how it works. So my original postings on this board were done on my own accord and NOT at her request.
I just wanted to mention that, ok here is kendra's response, keep in mind that my dictation skills are a lil rusty:
"I choose to see the gentlemen who have a strong urge to see ME specifically, not someone who is looking for any PornStar Experience. The people who really want to see ME are willing to pay my rate and I enjoy spending time with those type of gentlemen fans of mine.

personally I'm extremely sensitive and I don't want to hurt anyones feelings, so i edited the post, didn't change anything, Just removed a few paragraphs.
Besides it was rather lengthy and all the extra info wasn't needed.
To clarify something, and in Vicki's and Kendra's defense, Kendras statement was mostly specific comments regarding an email I had sent Vicki in response to her request, trying to give her some insight into the hobbyists who see PSEs as opposed to those who see regular providers, and the value of reviews and performance specifics posted to the database, things which Vicki wasn't fully aware of. Kendra's responses, taken out of context, might appear to be a little haughty and condescending, but if you had read my initial email you would see that she was making point by point replies.
As to your taking umbrage regarding Kendra's comments about the $500 client vs. the $1500+ client, I feel she has a valid point. I work in a business that sells and installs high-end custom luxury items that can cost anywhere from $18,000 to $100,000+. Almost without exception, the $18,000 client is by far the most demanding and most unreasonable. Usually, because of a limited budget, they negotiate the hardest for the lowest possible price, then while the job is being done continually ask for extras and argue over every additional dollar charged. And enevitably, they don't make their required payments on time or in full. On the other hand, the $100,000 client expects high quality and realizes it doesn't come cheap; he can afford it, pays on time and without complaint. And to be truthful, we try harder to please that client than we do the guy who is trying to get everything for nothing and that we have to chase for our money. It has gotten to the point that we no longer seek and only in rare exceptions will accept any project less than $40,000.
Strip away the fantasy and emotional aspect of this "hobby", and you'll see that it's just like any other business. You don't see TV commercials for Rolls Royce or Ferarri, and performance reveiws mean little to those who want and can afford those automobiles.

First I'll say that my hat goes off to you and a handful of others that have been great contributors in wit and wisdom in this area ever since SWAFs was a yahoo group. I'm not looking to piss anybody of as a result of this, but I couldn't get it out of my head for some reason or other.
FastEddie, you make a better and well thought out statement than perhaps the off the cuff comments made previously. You're correct in that I was not aware of an initial post and, quite honestly, I still have not read it because I think the comments whether out of context or not were inappropriate. Like when politicians say something stupid in an interview and we're all going, "what the hell was that all about?"
Tell me you want to service the upper echelon because you believe they can pay the price without haggling or that they'll treat you to all the places and things that big money makers can afford. That I will applaud for the business savvy that it is, but don't openly make the judgement that a fan who saves and scrapes together the requisite fortune to meet their porn idol is an ill-mannered, inconsiderate slob not fit to breath the same air, to say nothing of scheduling an appointment. I agree that she has a valid point to set her own criteria for selecting who she will see and who she won't and, as I said, more power to her, but comments like that are crap and unnecessary even as part of a business plan.
I thought about the clever high-end auto analogy, but I was thinking more along the lines of Mercedes, BMW and Porsche being more appropriate. As I recall, way back when, these automakers didn't even need to advertise. Now, their commmercials and ads are just as common to the consumer as Hyundai.
Well, I realize I've taken this out far more than I should have and I'll write nothing further about it. However, I do wish that the unedited post was still in place so that others could understand what got me whinning in the first place. Oh well.

She said nothing even close to that, you assumed that was the meaning when she said she thinks there is more courtesy and reverence given by someone who pays the $1,500 mark, that doesn't mean she thinks less of those who can't afford that.
I think you are being overly sensitive to the statements made.

Hey that's my hometown, I was born there. Half of my family lives there. I'm going there soon for a cousin's wedding. I went to Southfield and Cooley Highschools.
Anyhoo, I don't think night clubs ever book kendra there and she rarely if ever does escort tours except to New York.
Who does Kendra book with for her feature dance appearances? It could be that agency doesn't work that section of the country. It might be wise for Kendra to seek a 2nd agent for parts of the country she hasn't been to yet for featuring where people haven't seen her before (i.e. Detroit).
