Biden is handing out pardons . . . .

like a pervert passes out candy.  1500 are reportedly on the list.  Who's not on the list . . . . yet?  Hillary, and Bill is pissed that she's not.  Biden is also commuting death sentences for murderers who were convicted in state cases.  One last shot before he leaves to keep the chaos and destruction going that the Dems love.

1) The 1500 people were NOT pardoned, their sentences were commuted.
2) They are all non-violent offenders who'd been in home confinement since Covid.
3) No mention in any of the stories I've seen about Biden "commuting death sentences for murderers."
4) No mention about Bill Clinton being "pissed" Hillary's not on the list.
Would CDL care to share with us the basis for these claims?
Or is he just gaming this board by throwing shit against the wall?

"no mention" of Biden commuting death sentences because the list has not been released yet, but that is what the leakers are claiming.   Fox reported this morning that Bill Clinton told Biden that Hillary "should be on the list."  When you get your news only from same sources that scammed you about Biden's fitness for office and the border being closed for four years, is it any wonder that you don't hear the latest reports in a timely manner?

he knows nothing. But why use three words when dozens will do?

to receive pardons has just been published.  If you can't find it, let me know and I will tell you where to look.  Don't worry, we aren't on it.  Lol

Maybe I should wait 24 hours before announcing breaking news for the Dem skeptics here?

[Oct 5, 2015]
"... House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy suggested last week that Congress’ current investigation into the 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya, is a political move against former Hillary Clinton, and she was quick to jump on the Republican’s gaffe.
.
"In an interview Monday morning, Clinton was visibly frustrated with the ongoing Benghazi investigation. "There have been seven investigations led mostly by Republicans in the Congress," Clinton said. "And they were nonpartisan, and they reached conclusions that, first of all, I and nobody did anything wrong, but there were changes we could make. This committee was set up, as they have admitted, for the purpose of making a partisan political issue out of the deaths of four Americans." ..."

The Republicans spent years investigating Hillary Clinton – so why not Michael Flynn? [Sep 8, 2021]
.
"In 2012, there is a terrorist attack on a US government facility in post-civil war Libya. Congressional Republicans respond by spending $7m on 33 separate hearings over four years. They hope to find evidence that the Secretary of State at the time, Hillary Clinton, was in some way guilty of wrongdoing.
.
"The investigators look at the security levels of US embassy in Tripoli, how quickly the Defense Department responded to the attack, and whether the CIA is at fault for failing to do more to prevent it. Clinton’s every communication comes under the microscope, especially the phone conversations she conducted on the night. Her response is repeatedly slammed as being inadequate. She is accused of putting the security of US citizens at risk. Despite this, each report clears her of wrongdoing. ...
.
"... [No investigation of Michael Flynn.] The double standard here is so blatant that Republicans are not even trying to justify it. Paul has effectively admitted that transparency and due process matter less than partisan politics. Back to the Benghazi investigations. Clinton’s perceived crime was she didn’t pick up the phone quickly enough to respond to an attack carried out by terrorists. Flynn today is facing accusations that he deliberately undermined US foreign policy and covered it up. If Republicans cared about security as much as they cared about bringing down Clinton, his resignation should be the start of an inquiry, not the end."
.
Reps will go after Clinton again and again and again and again ... they will not stop. A pardon might stop them.
.
I am more worried about Obama:

Barack Obama tan suit controversy
"On August 28, 2014, United States President Barack Obama held a live press conference in which he discussed the prospect of escalating the U.S. military response to the Islamic State (ISIS) in Syria. For the conference, he wore a tan suit, ..."
.
"U.S. Representative Peter King, a member of the Republican Party, deemed the suit's color combined with the subject matter of terrorism to be "unpresidential". He went on: "There's no way, I don't think, any of us can excuse what the president did yesterday. I mean, you have the world watching". ..."
.
Without a pardon, Trump will surely order Patel to go after Obama for the tan suit ... as payback for mocking Trump and Trump's birtherism claims at the White House Correspondents Dinner in 2011.

"Fox reported . . ." This is the same network that received a nearly $800 million judgement against them from the Dominion Systems lawsuit for lying about their voting machines fixing the election. I'm still waiting for Smartmatic's $2.7 billion lawsuit to go to court, but they'll probably settle out-of-court, based on what happened with Dominion. In the meanwhile, Newsmax has settled out-of-court with Smartmatic.

Biden will go down as one of the most corrupt Presidents in history.

...in 2020 so that he could serve the rest of his sentence under house arrest.  His house arrest was set to end in 2026 so all Biden did was let the judge walk out of his front door a year early.

The judge was among those sent home because they were convicted of white-collar or nonviolent offenses and were considered safe bets to behave in the community.  Now Republicans are trying to send 3,000 people back to federal prison after they had been placed under home confinement for the past four years.  Biden took that option off the table.

Lauren-Brooke Eisen, senior director of the Justice Program at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law, had the following comment on asshole Republicans trying to send 3,000 people back to prison:

“This resolution is based on hyped-up fear, not the facts.  Less than one percent of the more than 12,000 people who were transferred from prison to house arrest during the pandemic committed a new crime that put them back behind bars.  That is an overwhelming success, one that we should learn from, not destroy.

“No senator should vote for this resolution.  It would unnecessarily incarcerate thousands of people, tearing thousands of families apart, without any benefit to public safety.”

A President cannot commute a state criminal sentence. Where are you getting this crap?

…got that crap - straight out of his ass!!  You’re right, CDL is full of shit (except what he pulled out of his ass).

And I mixed up what the Fox reporter said.  I stand corrected.  The commutations did not include any state murder cases, so what I said earlier . . . . never mind.
